About Course
Introduction
This is a comprehensive coaching course designed to empower employees with the knowledge and skills necessary for holistic living, prosperous careers, and financial success.
The content focuses on personal development, addressing various aspects of life that contribute to overall well-being and success. It then moves on to a number of sessions focused on upskilling attendees on financial wellness.
Attendees will be equipped with practical examples and mechanisms and leave with course notes and functional tools to apply in their lives. The course is designed to be hands-on and interactive. It is NOT all theory. Attendees must be prepared to engage with the material and apply it in their personal lives.
Attendees are invited to share as much or as little of their personal life as they prefer. It is entirely possible to complete the course without sharing your situation, financially or otherwise.
Purpose
The aim is to leave participants with a starting point in their financial affairs. They should have the ability and confidence to ask questions going forward.
They will be left understanding that this is a lifelong journey, not a quick fix solution, and they will be provided with practical tools to get started on that journey.
The course aims to introduce structure and discipline into their day-to-day lives, whether financial or personal well-being.
Course length
The content will be presented over 9 x 90-minute sessions, allowing ample time for questions and interaction.
6 x monthly follow-up sessions with all the participants to keep them on track with their goals will be offered, at an additional fee.
